Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior Business Analyst with expertise in the Cards and Payments domain to gather and document requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver card payment solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder discussions and workshops
- Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows while ensuring requirements traceability throughout the SDLC
- Provide functional expertise across card products and support UAT planning, integration testing, and production releases
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
- Strong experience in the Cards and Payments domain, including hands-on experience with TSYS or similar card processing platforms
- Proficient in requirements gathering, documentation, and Agile methodologies
- Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows
- Familiarity with payment networks and industry standards, including Visa and Mastercard compliance requirements
