Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely with occasional client site visits in Dallas, the contract Senior Business Analyst will gather and document business and technical requirements for ServiceNow ITOM initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders and development teams.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for ITOM initiatives
- Prepare process flows, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate requirements validation, testing, UAT, and stakeholder sign-off
Required qualifications
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
- Experience working with stakeholders, architects, and development teams
- Proficiency in preparing process flows and functional specifications
- Ability to support requirements validation and testing processes
- Excellent communication skills
