Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Providing leadership and expertise in business analysis, the remote Senior Business Analyst will manage requirements gathering, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement activities to support the National Park Service's operational objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities for enterprise applications and operational processes
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder interviews to identify business needs
- Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or operational analysis support
- Experience in gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements
- Experience leading stakeholder engagement activities and facilitating requirements discussions
- Experience developing process maps, workflow diagrams, and business requirements documentation
