Job Summary
Providing analytical leadership across multiple product areas, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will translate complex business needs into actionable requirements while collaborating with product management and engineering teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set direction for requirements discovery and translate ambiguous business objectives into structured requirements and user stories
- Guide backlog strategy and prioritization, advising on trade-offs and overseeing backlog grooming and release activities
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, facilitating complex requirements reviews and advising on product roadmap decisions
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in a business analyst or similar role within a technology-focused organization
- Demonstrated ability to lead requirements discovery and analysis across complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured, actionable requirements
- Proficient in SQL and familiar with database server concepts
- Agile/Scrum experience, including facilitating or advising on ceremonies across multiple teams
