Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support a compassionate culture, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will work remotely, focusing on requirements gathering, systems optimization, and scalable process design while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with department leaders to identify technology-enabled improvements that align with organizational strategy
• Lead discovery sessions to document business processes and define scalable system solutions
• Ensure integrity and governance of enterprise systems while identifying risks and recommending improvements

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or IT operations
• Demonstrated ability to configure CRM systems, build dashboards, and write basic SQL queries
• Preferred experience with eCommerce platforms, CRM systems, and BI tools
• Experience in building scalable workflows and defining data governance standards
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred
