Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support critical government operations, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will lead the evaluation and transformation of business systems, manage requirements gathering, and mentor junior analysts while ensuring the delivery of enterprise-level solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional requirements gathering sessions and translate business goals into functional specifications
- Evaluate business processes to identify gaps and propose scalable workflow solutions
- Oversee functional testing and define user acceptance testing strategies to ensure deliverables meet business requirements
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a total of 9+ years in the field
- Proven experience in defining UAT strategies and leading cross-functional teams through validation processes
- Deep expertise in software development lifecycles (SDLC) and experience in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and articulate complex concepts
