Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support ITOM initiatives, the remote Senior Business Analyst will gather and document business and technical requirements, collaborate with stakeholders and development teams, and prepare process flows and functional specifications, with occasional travel to the client site in Dallas.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for ServiceNow ITOM initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to define solutions
- Prepare process flows, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
Required qualifications
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
- Experience in coordinating requirements validation, testing, and UAT
- Proven ability to prepare functional specifications and acceptance criteria
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on stakeholder collaboration
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with various teams
