Job Summary
Driving impactful technology solutions across multiple high-profile projects, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will lead requirement analysis, facilitate meetings, and support project management in a collaborative remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical assistance to staff and business stakeholders across concurrent projects
- Lead and coordinate meetings to analyze, document, and improve business operations and user needs
- Develop detailed business process maps and facilitate user acceptance testing while collaborating with technical leads
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in planning, leading, gathering, and analyzing business and functional requirements
- 8+ years of experience developing business process maps and conducting fit-gap analyses
- 8+ years of experience troubleshooting complex software systems and managing requirements across multiple program areas
- 8+ years of experience preparing and executing test plans and documenting test results
- 8+ years of experience using SDLC management tools such as HP ALM or Atlassian
