Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with diverse stakeholders, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will gather, analyze, and manage requirements to support the delivery of enterprise information security solutions, ensuring alignment with business, security, and regulatory needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for IAM platforms and services
• Lead requirements discovery sessions and stakeholder reviews to validate scope and acceptance criteria
• Research and document security, compliance, and regulatory requirements, ensuring alignment with industry standards

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in researching, authoring, and managing complex requirements end to end
• Working knowledge of IAM concepts, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Experience with system or software development lifecycles (SDLC) and related documentation tools
• Familiarity with cloud environments and security concepts
• Experience with IAM platforms such as Azure Active Directory and SailPoint IdentityIQ is highly desirable
