Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting an enterprise data project in a banking environment, the remote contract Senior Business Analyst will gather and analyze requirements, lead discovery sessions, and translate business objectives into functional specifications across multiple workstreams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to identify business needs and document current and future-state processes
- Translate business objectives into clear functional and nonfunctional requirements for development teams
- Manage multiple initiatives of varying complexity while collaborating with stakeholders across different time zones
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Significant experience eliciting requirements from multiple business units
- Strong understanding of banking customers, accounts, data, and business processes
- Experience developing and documenting business, functional, and nonfunctional requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams without needing to write code
