Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting an enterprise data project in a banking environment, the remote contract Senior Business Analyst will gather requirements, analyze business objectives, and translate them into clear functional and nonfunctional requirements across multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to identify business needs and document current and future-state processes
• Break larger project goals into detailed requirements and define customer segmentation and data requirements
• Collaborate with technical teams and manage multiple workstreams while reconciling differing business-unit perspectives

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Significant experience eliciting and documenting requirements from multiple business units
• Strong understanding of banking customers, accounts, data, and business processes
• Experience managing multiple workstreams with varying levels of complexity
• Able to work independently without needing to write code and collaborate across multiple time zones
