Job Summary
Providing senior functional and technical expertise for Medicaid claims configuration, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will lead a team of Configuration Business Analysts, translating client requirements and operational needs into scalable QNXT solutions in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Claims Configuration Business Analysts, providing technical direction and support
- Review and validate configuration analysis, solution designs, and implementation plans for quality and accuracy
- Translate complex technical findings into clear business impacts and recommendations for stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 9+ years of hands-on experience with QNXT configuration, including contracts, benefits, and payment methodologies
- Thorough understanding of relational database concepts and healthcare data models
- Demonstrated competency in writing complex SQL queries for claims analysis and validation
- Strong experience with Medicaid claims processing and claims adjudication
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex claims issues and implement effective solutions
