Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support innovative healthcare solutions, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will manage AI-generated requirements governance, coordinate a business analyst team, and serve as a liaison between clients and technical staff to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Own the governance and validation of AI-generated requirements in Gherkin format, ensuring alignment with business rules and data mappings
- Coordinate the activities of a business analyst team and mentor newer members, providing guidance and support
- Act as a bridge between clients, project managers, and technical staff to define, document, and share business requirements
Required qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with 3+ years in Medicaid and Medicare preferred
- Experience in AI-enabled requirements engineering with a focus on validation and traceability
- Advanced knowledge of analytical software such as Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Familiarity with programming concepts including configuration, development, and batch processing
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies
