Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Business Analyst - Requirement Validation (RV) Lead will coordinate IT project workstreams, serve as a subject matter expert, and oversee the transformation of business requirements into actionable results for healthcare clients.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate workstreams and teams on IT projects to align solutions with client business priorities
- Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure requirements are effectively transformed into results
- Delegate tasks and coach project team members in planning and improving complex business processes
Required qualifications
- Nine or more years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Lead, or similar role, with at least three years in Medicaid, Medicare, or Health and Human Services
- Demonstrated experience in leading requirements elicitation, analysis, and stakeholder review activities
- Expertise in documenting, validating, and tracing business and system requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Strong experience in implementation readiness, stakeholder coordination, and testing activities
- Proficiency with requirements management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and advanced Excel
