Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support business process improvements, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will gather and analyze business requirements, facilitate user acceptance testing, and document system needs while collaborating with technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements while facilitating project planning and management activities
• Lead user acceptance testing processes, ensuring documentation and verification align with business objectives
• Identify and troubleshoot system issues, collaborating with stakeholders to develop effective solutions and workarounds

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 5 years of progressive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or testing
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, effective deliverables on time
• Strong understanding of business analysis core competencies and processes
• Experience in creating detailed documentation of business systems and processes
