Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Business Analyst will elicit, document, and refine functional and non-functional requirements for the Salesforce VCL platform while facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, document, and refine requirements for the SF VCL Salesforce platform in collaboration with stakeholders and the development team
- Facilitate requirements sessions, translating between non-technical stakeholders and IT/technical teams
- Build and maintain process models to analyze crisis-response workflows and recommend improvements
Required Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
- Salesforce Certified Strategy Designer
- Prior experience on VA or federal Salesforce implementations supporting Veteran-focused or crisis programs
- Expertise in gathering and refining functional and non-functional requirements
- Experience using Jira or a comparable requirements-management tool
