Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Acting as a liaison for a high-visibility project, the remote contract Senior Business Analyst will gather and document client requirements, support technical specifications, and ensure alignment with client needs and contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate client requirements while translating business needs into clear specifications
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing relationships and providing proactive communication
• Proactively identify and manage risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution in coordination with the Program Manager and client stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar client-facing role, ideally in construction or complex technical projects
• Proven ability to translate complex client business needs into structured technical specifications
• Experience managing client relationships as a direct point of contact for key stakeholders
• Demonstrated capability in working across multi-disciplinary workstreams
• Exceptional risk and issue management skills with a proactive approach to resolution
