Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Providing support to the Indian Health Service Software Engineering and Support Services federal contract, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will analyze user needs, manage project priorities, and develop innovative processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze user and stakeholder needs to determine functional and non-functional requirements
- Create process and data flow diagrams, prototypes, and manage product backlogs
- Perform detailed analysis, testing, and documentation for project deliverables
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with requirements analysis and engineering using SDLC Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent experience
- IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) certification preferred
- Experience with federal or public sector client projects and Health IT-related projects preferred
