Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Leading data and digital solution workstreams for government and commercial clients, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will define problems, analyze complex data, and translate insights into practical solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client workstreams from problem definition through analysis, recommendation, and implementation
- Clean, combine, and analyze data to identify trends, root causes, risks, and opportunities
- Build solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and related Microsoft 365 technologies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, engineering, information systems, mathematics, public policy, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in consulting, analytics, business analysis, digital solutions, operations, or a related role
- Experience independently leading at least one workstream or complex analytical project
- Hands-on experience analyzing data and building Power BI reports and dashboards
- Experience facilitating requirements, discovery, or working sessions with stakeholders
