Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting financial business analysis for the Behavioral Health Payment Integrity area, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will work remotely from St. Louis, MO, focusing on data mapping, financial data analysis, and report quality assurance for monthly deliverables.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with PI BAR teams and PNI Operations to ensure understanding of financial reporting requirements
- Design, implement, and automate reporting that captures financial requirements while interacting with internal customers
- Perform data mapping and validate financial datasets to ensure quality and integrity prior to ingestion
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in gathering and refining requirements from stakeholders
- Expertise in Excel, including Pivot tables and modeling
- Experience with SQL scripting for data analysis
- Proficiency in testing reports using Tableau or Power BI
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and profiling using Microsoft SQL and Excel
