Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting financial business analysis for the Payment Integrity business area, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will work remotely from St. Louis, MO, focusing on data gathering, mapping, and quality assurance for financial reporting in Behavioral Health.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with PI BAR teams and internal customers to design and implement financial reporting solutions
- Perform data mapping and onshore financial analysis to ensure data quality for monthly reporting
- Conduct quality assurance testing on financial dashboards and validate datasets post-ingestion
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in gathering and refining requirements from stakeholders
- Expertise in Excel, including Pivot tables and modeling
- Experience with SQL scripting for data analysis
- Proficiency in testing reports using Tableau or Power BI
- Hands-on experience with data analysis using Microsoft SQL and Excel
