Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting financial business analysis for the Payment Integrity business area, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will work remotely from St. Louis, MO, focusing on financial data gathering, mapping, analysis, and report quality assurance for Behavioral Health Payment Integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with PI BAR teams and PNI Operations to ensure a clear understanding of financial reporting requirements
- Perform data mapping and onshore financial analysis to maintain data quality prior to ingestion
- Conduct quality assurance testing on financial dashboards and communicate technical concepts effectively to various audiences
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in gathering and refining requirements from stakeholders
- Expertise in Excel, including Pivot tables and modeling
- Experience with SQL scripting for data analysis
- Proficiency in testing reports using Tableau or Power BI
- Hands-on experience with data analysis using Microsoft SQL and Excel
