Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a global regulatory transformation initiative, the remote Senior Business Analyst will facilitate requirements gathering, document business needs, and drive process improvements within a leading pharmaceutical organization.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with Regulatory Affairs and cross-functional stakeholders
• Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and support business process improvement initiatives
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business analysis within pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, or life sciences environments
• Strong understanding of Regulatory Affairs and Regulatory Operations processes
• Proven experience in facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder relationships
• Hands-on experience with system implementations and technology initiatives
• Experience with Regulatory Information Management (RIM) platforms or Veeva Vault RIM is highly preferred
