Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting business process improvement and user engagement, the fully remote Senior Business Analyst will manage requirements gathering, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) while collaborating with technical teams and business subject matter experts.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops to identify business needs, challenges, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements and user expectations
Required qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or in a comparable business analysis role
- Experience supporting system implementations and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Strong knowledge of Regulatory Affairs processes, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry
- Expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and BRD development
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops and meetings with business SMEs and stakeholders
