Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support operational and technology initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will analyze, document, and improve business processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, redesign, and optimization of enterprise-wide business processes across multiple departments
- Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI assessments to support investment decisions
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and properly scoped
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or related field required
- 8+ years of business analysis or process improvement experience, preferably in a technology or professional services environment
- Required CBAP, CSPO, PSPO, or CSM certification
- Proficiency in process modeling tools and Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Experience with gap analyses, cost-benefit analyses, and familiarity with SQL for data querying is a plus
