Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements, manage them in an ALM tool, and perform Agile requirement management activities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users and IT to elaborate and document requirements in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Manage and coordinate requirements for various projects, including conducting backlog refinement sessions and validating requirements
- Lead and mentor junior analysts while supporting the development team to ensure clarity in requirements and successful completion of Sprints
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development or data integration projects
- Strong analytical skills and advanced experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
