Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will capture business requirements, manage Agile methodologies, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful software development and project execution.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements for software development teams
- Perform Agile requirement management activities and facilitate backlog refinement sessions
- Develop and maintain project documentation while managing requirements change control
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools for requirements management
- Strong background in large Agile software development or data integration projects
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
