Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Business Analyst will lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams, collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements, and manage Agile requirement activities using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements for software development
- Manage requirements and perform Agile requirement management activities within an ALM tool
- Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to develop business process models and specifications
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools for requirements management and Agile project tracking
- Strong background in large Agile software development or data integration projects
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
