Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to document and manage requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management tool in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage requirements and perform Agile requirement management activities for product teams
- Conduct user interviews and develop business process models and formal specifications
- Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and support the development team in understanding requirements
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
- Strong background in conducting independent research to resolve complex questions
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust security clearance
