Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will lead the capture of business requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage requirements in an Agile environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements for software development teams
- Perform Agile requirement management activities and facilitate backlog refinement sessions
- Conduct user interviews and develop business process models and specifications
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools and large Agile software development projects
- Strong background in conducting independent research to resolve complex questions
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
