Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders and manage requirements in an Agile environment while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and documentation of business, functional, and technical requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to develop business process models and specifications
- Manage and coordinate requirements across various projects, ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
- Strong background in conducting independent research to resolve complex questions
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
