Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Business Analyst will lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams, manage requirements in an ALM tool, and perform Agile requirement management activities within the Veterans Affairs department.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and documentation of business, functional, and technical requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to develop business process models and formal specifications
- Manage and coordinate requirements for various projects while ensuring compliance with Agile methodologies
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools for requirements management and testing
- Experience in large Agile software development or data integration projects
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
