Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will lead the capture of business requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage Agile requirement activities in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements for software development teams using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to develop business process models and formal specifications
- Manage and coordinate requirements for various projects, ensuring effective backlog refinement and change control
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies, with additional experience considered in lieu of education
- Strong expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
- U.S. Citizenship required for this opportunity
- Ability to qualify for a Public Trust security clearance
