Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Business Analyst will lead the capture and management of business requirements for software development teams, collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements, and perform Agile requirement management activities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to develop business process models and specifications
- Manage and coordinate requirements for various projects, ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise in JIRA tools for requirements management and testing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to integrate information from multiple sources
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
