Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with business users and IT to document requirements, manage Agile processes, and support project delivery in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Perform Agile requirement management activities and facilitate user interviews to gather and analyze functional and technical requirements
- Manage project backlogs, track requirements, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise in JIRA tools and experience with large Agile software development projects
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
