Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Business Analyst will lead the capture of business requirements, manage Agile requirement activities, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful software development for Veterans Affairs projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Perform Agile requirement management activities and facilitate backlog refinement sessions
- Develop and maintain project/product backlogs while managing requirements change control and risks
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development or data integration projects
- Strong background in conducting user interviews and developing business process models
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
