Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will lead the capture of business requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage requirements using Agile methodologies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements for software development teams
- Perform Agile requirement management activities and facilitate backlog refinement sessions
- Develop and maintain project/product backlogs while identifying and managing risks impacting project outcomes
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools for requirements management
- Experience working in large Agile software development or data integration projects
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust security clearance
