Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the capture of business requirements for software development teams, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements, manage Agile processes, and support project execution in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and documentation of business, functional, and technical requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Perform Agile requirement management activities, including backlog refinement and user story elaboration
- Coordinate with Systems Engineers and stakeholders to assess impact on technical solutions and manage project requirements
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies, with additional experience substitutable for education
- Expertise in JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
- Strong background in conducting independent research and communicating complex technical topics
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
