Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will lead the capture of business requirements, manage Agile requirement management activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
- Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to develop business process models and formal specifications
- Manage and coordinate requirements across various projects while supporting Agile methodology and backlog refinement sessions
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
- Expertise with JIRA tools for requirements management and testing
- Strong background in large Agile software development or data integration projects
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
