Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Business Analyst will lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams, manage requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool, and perform Agile requirement management activities while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements for software development
- Perform analysis of user needs and manage requirements in an ALM tool, specifically JIRA
- Facilitate sessions, conduct user interviews, and develop business process models and specifications
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Strong expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
- Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably within a Federal Health Agency
