Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will analyze capability gaps, define business needs, and manage the requirements lifecycle for a nationwide government platform transformation project, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze capability gaps within the organization and propose strategic improvement methods
- Identify and define core business needs, ensuring stakeholder understanding and alignment
- Manage requirements communication and facilitate high-stakes meetings to drive consensus
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of IT industry experience, including collaboration with international clients
- Deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Expert-level knowledge in managing the requirements lifecycle, including traceability and documentation
- Solid experience in UML and BPMN modeling
- Mastery of requirements management tools, specifically JIRA and Confluence
