Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support project success, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with clients and internal teams to define, analyze, and document business requirements, while managing project timelines and facilitating communication in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients to determine project needs
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, and risks while ensuring alignment on goals
- Create and present detailed documentation, including business requirements and user manuals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in a functional or technical role related to software delivery or maintenance
- Experience with SDLC, testing, and validation of solutions as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in Microsoft CRM, Visio, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint preferred
- Functional and/or Technical Certifications relevant to the specialization
