Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Department of Homeland Security, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will work remotely to gather requirements, document business processes, and assist with Agile methodologies while driving cross-team coordination and exploring new technologies.
Key responsibilities:
- Evaluate program materials and develop innovative approaches for improvement
- Document and analyze business and functional requirements for process maps and technical specifications
- Create and maintain project schedules with clear definitions and dependencies for stakeholder briefings
Required qualifications:
- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience, including 5 years in systems analysis and design
- Experience with Agile processes and coordinating technical implementation projects
- Proficiency in using the Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence) for project tracking and documentation
