Job Summary
To influence the future of healthcare technology, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with the Sr. Product Manager to shape product strategy, research AI-enhanced workflows, and translate user needs into actionable business cases.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sr. Product Manager to shape product strategy and business value
- Research workflows to identify opportunities for AI integration
- Translate user needs into detailed business cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Required qualifications
- Associate degree required, Bachelor's preferred in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, etc.)
- 3 - 5 years of related experience in digital health or IT environments preferred
- Experience in Agile methodologies and as part of an Agile team
- Strong analytical skills, including cost-benefits analysis for feature prioritization
- Experience in writing and managing user stories in an agile setting
