Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting a global regulatory transformation initiative, the remote Senior Business Analyst will partner with Regulatory Affairs and Operations to facilitate requirements gathering, document processes, and drive project delivery efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
- Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and process documentation
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning and issue resolution
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in business analysis within pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, or life sciences environments
- Strong understanding of Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Operations, and related business processes
- Proven experience in facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder relationships
- Experience developing process documentation, workflows, and process maps
- Hands-on experience with Regulatory Information Management (RIM) platforms or similar systems
