Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting business process improvement and requirements management, the fully remote Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with subject matter experts and technical teams to document requirements, improve processes, and ensure successful system implementations.
Key responsibilities:
- Facilitate workshops to identify business needs, challenges, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements, including maintaining Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements and user expectations
Required qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in a business analysis role, such as Senior Business Analyst or Functional Business Analyst
- Experience supporting system implementations and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Strong knowledge of Regulatory Affairs processes, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- Expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and BRD development
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
