Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Clinical Call Quality Project, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will analyze clinical call interactions, identify improvement opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations while enjoying the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical and customer service call data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, creating business requirements documents and process flows
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify workflow optimization opportunities and assist in the design of solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
• 1+ years of business analysis experience supporting healthcare or clinical initiatives
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or other reporting tools
• 6 months of experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• 6 months of experience working with large datasets and identifying actionable insights
