Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Leading strategy and discovery work end-to-end across complex client engagements, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will drive AI and digital strategy, facilitate high-impact client sessions, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead AI and digital strategy engagements from opportunity discovery to roadmap creation and pilot planning
- Map customer journeys and operational workflows to identify areas for automation and AI integration
- Produce compelling business cases and lightweight prototypes to communicate strategy and test concepts with clients
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, or product strategy
- Deep understanding of AI concepts and responsible AI principles
- Demonstrated ability to lead discovery and strategy, including stakeholder interviews and journey mapping
- Strong experience with AI tools for strategy and prototyping
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and facilitating workshops
