Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a temporary basis, the Senior Business Analyst will gather and translate business processes and system needs into functional requirements, act as a liaison between business and technical teams, and assist with user acceptance testing and project documentation.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business subject matter experts and technical teams to define and document requirements
- Create project documentation, training materials, and facilitate user acceptance testing
- Analyze technical or business issues in partnership with implementation teams on agile projects
Required qualifications:
- At least 7+ years of professional experience in a business analyst role
- Previous consulting experience is preferred
- Expertise in business analysis methodologies, including data analysis and user acceptance testing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex customer needs into actionable requirements
- Effective communication skills tailored to diverse stakeholder audiences
