Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Connecting business goals with technical execution, the full-time Senior Business Analyst will support the Adobe team by managing the product backlog, writing user stories, and facilitating Scrum ceremonies while collaborating with stakeholders and developers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into actionable user stories and epics for the development team
• Run Scrum ceremonies, ensuring effective communication and alignment among product, marketing, and technical teams
• Oversee content migration projects, including defining scope, planning, and coordinating validation and UAT processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar role within a digital or web delivery environment
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and understanding of its components and workflows
• Proven track record of writing user stories and acceptance criteria in an Agile setting
• Experience managing a backlog using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
• Strong understanding of content migration processes, including audits and validation
